Intelligent production process

1.     All equipment have the function of network access, which can monitor the status of equipment in each production area and master the abnormal production in real time. The maintenance personnel only need to connect the network to receive equipment messages and respond intime. Through data sharing between systems, information island can be eliminated.

2.     AGV can realize guided driving.Once the route is set, AGV can automatically complete the distribution as longas it receives the task, so as to realize the unmanned logistics distribution.

3.     The stamping plant uses the work piece positioning detector for automatic product detection. The detector detects the material piece directly through the camera, and controls the flowline action by data analysis. Once it cannot be detected, it will stop the line immediately and give an alarm, and there is no need to worry about the out flow of defective products.

4.     The application of measurement software of automatic detection system makes all product reports can be measured and generated by software automatically, and the product information and quality inspection report can be quickly traced through MDA and pi web.

5.     The product storehouse realizes the rationalization of high-level warehouse, the automation of access and the simplification of operation. The intelligent control system in the warehouse reduces the work intensity of the warehouse management personnel, and ensures that the error rate of the warehouse operation is zero.
